Shipping Options
Build-A-Bear offers FedEx Economy and Home Delivery options as well as curbside pickup and pick-up in-store. FedEx Home Delivery is not available for orders shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. FedEx 2-Day and Next Day shipping options are not available for APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, and rural routes.
International deliveries to Canada are made by FedEx International Economy, while orders to other countries are delivered via Air Mail/Parcel Post.
Shipping Duration
The shipping duration depends on the availability of the ordered items, delivery address, and the method of delivery selected at checkout. The approximate shipping charge and delivery time for an order will be displayed at checkout.
While shipping to Canada takes 3 to 5 business days, international orders to countries other than Canada are delivered within 6 to 21 business days

Shipping Destinations
Build-A-Bear ships to all 50 states, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
The company also offers international shipping to Canada, the UK, and other countries. However, Build-A-Bear is unable to ship to select international locations, including Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Uganda, Ukraine, and Thailand.

How do I redeem a Build-A-Bear coupon or promo code?
To redeem a Build-A-Bear coupon or promo code, visit the company’s items, select the item(s) you want to purchase, and click ‘Add to Bag’. When you are done shopping, click the shopping bag icon on the right side of the top banner.
On the next page, scroll down till you see “Apply Reward Certificate or Code” just above your order subtotal. Enter your coupon, reward certificate, or promo code in the box and click ‘Apply’. Once the code has been applied, click ‘Checkout’.
On the checkout page, log in to your account or checkout as a guest with your birth date, enter your shipping address, choose a shipping method and click ‘Continue’. In the Billing section, you will see the “Apply Reward Certificate or Code” option. Click on it, enter your code in the ‘Enter Code’ box and click ‘Apply’. Ensure that the code has been successfully applied, provide your payment details, and click ‘Place Order’.
