What is the return and exchange policy of COACH?
When it comes to returning the purchased item(s) by mail within the U.S., the customer needs to fill out a return form that came with their order and it should be included in their package prior to returning their purchase. Next, they need to take the prepaid UPS label that was also included in their order and attach it on their shipping box. After that, they need to take their shipping box to a UPS location. The return or exchange will take about 5 to 7 days to be processed.
