Dillard’s offers Standard, Expedited, and Next Business Day shipping options via FedEx or UPS. Expedited and Next Business Day shipping options are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
Shipping Duration
The estimated delivery time for an order depends on the delivery address and may be subject to change depending on the remoteness of the delivery address and availability of the ordered items.
For Expedited and Next Business Day delivery, orders placed by 12 pm CST Monday through Friday are shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 12 pm CST Friday or weekend will ship on the following business day.
Once an order has been shipped, Expedited orders are delivered within 2 business days, while Next Business Day orders are delivered within one business day.
