Shipping Destinations and Options
Soft Surroundings ships all contiguous states including PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. All PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses will ship via FEDEX Smartpost in partnership with the U.S. Post office only. Hawaii and Alaska orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. A physical address is necessary. You can track your package on FEDEX.com
Shipping Timeline and Costs
In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Soft Surroundings charges a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders (excluding any freight and additional surcharges).

How to redeem a Soft Surroundings promo code?
To redeem a Soft Surroundings promo code, you can first add a product to your shopping bag by clicking the “ADD TO BAG'' button displayed on each product’s page. Then, click on the “VIEW YOUR BAG” option from the pop-up window shown on your device screen to go to the shopping bag page.
You can then enter your promo code on the Shopping Cart page under the ORDER SUMMARY section. Enter your promo code or discount coupon and click the “Apply” button to redeem. Fill in the rest of the details as required and place the order.
Why is my promo code not working?
If you receive an error message when entering your Promo Code, try the following:
- Verify the Promo Code you have entered correctly, as the code is still active and not expired.
- Some of Soft Surroundings’s promo codes are valid only on the Outlet site of the brand. So, check whether the code you have entered is eligible for this site.
- Not all promo codes are applicable for every merchandise displayed on Soft Surroundings site. Usually, each promo code has different terms and conditions. So, check whether the products you have added to the cart are qualified for the correspondent promo code.
