TigerDirect ships both from its central warehouse and directly from many of its distributors and manufacturers to ensure the best availability. The company offers a wide variety of shipping options and special deliveries such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and a number of ground carriers. Customers can also expedite their shipments with faster service, UPS Secondary Day Ground (2 business days) or UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) available at an extra charge. If the package weight is over 70lbs, it is shipped via truck.

TigerDirect’s qualified PC parts products are shipped for free via ground delivery methods to most addresses in the 48 continental United States. Oversized orders that require delivery by truck do not qualify. The transit time will vary by delivery address and chosen ship method of TigerDirect.

How to redeem a TigerDirect promo code?
Click 'Proceed to Checkout' once the products are added to your cart. You can either log in with an email address and password as an existing customer or check out as a guest by entering an email address. Click 'Continue' after making your selection.
Enter your billing address, and verify the shipping address, if needed.
Click 'Continue' to proceed. Choose a convenient payment method, such as credit or debit card, Visa Checkout, PayPal, Bitcoin, Amazon Pay, or MasterPass. Paying from Tiger Direct Gift Card can also be accepted. Click 'Continue' again to review the order.
Now, choose a shipping option, enter your coupon code in the Coupons & Gift Cards field, and click 'Apply.' If the code you have entered is valid, the secretary will be updated accordingly.
Why is my TigerDirect promo code not working?
- Codes are case-sensitive and do not work if there is any typing error. Rectify the letter case or remove any unnecessary space, if entered incorrectly in the coupon code, and ensure the code is entered exactly as you see.
- Check whether the coupon code is valid. Expired codes will not be applied and cannot be redeemed further.
- Some items may not be qualified for a coupon code. Check the eligibility and add items accordingly if you want to redeem your coupon code.
- Coupon codes may sometimes be only used if the order qualifies the minimum order value. Ensure that your order exceeds or equals the minimum value. Check whether your order meets all the terms and conditions of the coupon code.
